Yeah do this. Don't create a new game. This ascension mode is literally designed for these achievements. Also, do yourself a favour and try to do multiple achievements at once. If you're going for true neverclick, don't do neverclick before it. Also go for "Hardcore" at the same time (No upgrades) #4.
