It is a mixed bag as @hallowmann stated regarding whether or not a program will interview you if you do not have Step 2 scores in. From my own search, most want at very minimum the written portion of Step 2/Level for interview consideration. All written exams take about 4-6 weeks for scores to be released. Clinical skills/PE scores take 8-10 weeks.
