Pretty sure raider.io shows your raid clears. For covanent it's fine to whisper if you're the covanent for the dungeon. You whisper the leader a link to your achievements, there is no way of linking in the LFG application. Alternatively you could add a note, but if the listing specifically says "link" they are expecting a whisper.
