Went through 3 plows and 3 winches with my 05 and traded it in for my 2014 with power steering. Both have been problem free, and I haven’t been easy on them.My other choice would be a Yamaha Grizzly.

OK so I have a 2002 Suzuki eiger 400 that clicks but won’t start. it has a new battery, new neutral switch relay, new starter solenoid, new starter motor, and all fuses are good. I bench tested the new starter and it spins fine with a known good battery with 220 cold cranking amps.

J= 200-249cc.After replacing it I hooked a test light to the ground and tested the hot wire (blue wire),which had a light which proved power was getting to it. Then when I hit the 4wd button the light went out which showed the hot wire was no longer getting power. Same as when sliding it into diff lock. Then once the 4wd button is disengaged, power returns.
