What exactly is an RxOM? I need an official description of the duties of the RxOM and if they are still considered a tech and part of workflow. It's a senior tech, but you get blamed for schedules and metrics. Basically it's a senior tech with the responsibilities the head pharmacist used to have.

Leverage the experience (and hopefully free ptcb certification) which walgreens gave you and JUMP SHIP.
