I know this is a necro thread. But, for an other new P365 folk, like myself, I thought I would add an update. I bought 2 Sig OEM 12 ed mags, from Osage (only place with stock right now). These come with both a base plate for a flush fit on a P365 XL and with the extension foe P365. The 2 I got actually had the XL flush baseplate installed.

The only mags consistently reliable were stock 6 rd OEM (glock). But I know others have had great success with them. With 12 and 15 round sig mags available I (personally) see no need for magguts for the P365 - and given my G43 experience, won't consider them.
