I managed to pair a second remote to both my Stream 4K units by 1) factory resetting one of the remotes 2) Going through the add remote menu but when I did that I put both remotes in front of the Stream 4k unit. By doing this I think one of the remotes then ends up in RF mode (yellow flashing lights).Switch to IR- Hold down TiVo + Red C buttons until the activity indicator LED flashes red 3 times.
