OEM gearing on a 5-speed is the same as a 6-speed up to and including 5th gear, which is 1:1 ratio. 6th gear is .86:1. It looks like that could work as the hardtail kit on a rigid mount frame includes the rear motor mount section as well and would eliminate the issues with the swingarm and what not.
