Fire + ice = water so tbh makes sense actually. I think it's been said Rei's quirk is S-rank, meaning it's REALLY good. Probably just straight up ice though. It would be kinda ironic if Natsuo was actually super strong but Endeavor just never developed him since he wasn't the fire and ice blend he wanted by the time Natsuo was born.1 Weaker: Cremation. If your going to make a quirk, can you list how this quirk can be used ,the weaknesses of the quirk, and the drawback of using the quirk. Be as creative as you can be, if you want you can make combinations of quarks or even have two quirks. But if there are two quirks they have to compliment and go together. My favorite concept for the quirk would be that it would allow the user to shoot steamy water when in the presense of Shoto, melting the ice and putting out the fire. The entire idea is basically that the quirk can level the playing field by nullifying the effects of others' quirks.
