Aug 30, 2016 · As for the bug issue, open the last save file where you have at least a Star core on hand. Use the game console command to duplicate one. There, problem solved. That's why auto-save is important. Bethesa knows how freaking buggy their games are and sometimes you need the game console to get pass them.

I somehow interpreted your post as meaning you couldn't find any. xD What 42Sheep said makes more sense if you're just missing the one core. I'll give it a go after work, I REALLY WANT THAT POWER ARMOR. Unless it was patched there is a way to get the armor without the cores.
