A dex build is really lame until you reach the higher levels. I recommend a dex/int build. You'll end up a spellsword. Estoc is better against normal enemies as you get critical bonus and you can play much more defensibly. Also if requires less weight. Balder Sword does more upfront damage/scales better, has great moveset and great reach for said moveset.
