Otherwise you can disregard the 2 at the bottom and just jump off the ledge to get to all the black ice beneath the stairs at the beginning of the temple. Theirs was made before update that rebalanced crafted and legendary weapons and yours was made after. They crafted with a T4 blacksmith plus applied upgrades, 34 is base damage.
