That said, I haven't tested enough to say 29-4 for absolute certain, I'm not sure if the earlier states might be better or whatever. But I know the two new blue gem stages are not (imo) manual blue gem farming stages. 29-8 does have gem pools to land on, but those only give 1 gem and you can only get two max due to split paths.
For blue gems in DBZ Dokkan Battle, farm Stage 31.8 for a guaranteed 10 gems/run and Stage 32.4 for >9 gems/run with bonus procs; for green gems, target Stage 30.8 for up to 130 gem bonus. 23-8 for pure links. I use 23-4 for speed and better gem drops while also having saibamen. You can get 3 gems every run, plus cell usually drops a few, and launch/pilaf fall fairly often.
