On Oct 26th, I dropped my damaged device at the USPS dropbox with the given label by Asurion. Its been two months now and the device is not received. ATT is charged for this. When I contacted the Asurion they directing me to ATT and ATT is saying we didn't receive the device. USPS saying we can't track because this is not our tracking number.
