Aug 8, 2022 · The issue has gotten worse. I pay for prime and cannot watch it. Seriously thinking about cancelling my subscription to Amazon prime. It’s the only streaming app that is having the issue and I have others that are fine and they are free. Amazon video needs to address the issue of the app crashing on TCL Roku tvs. The quick fixes are not working.
