Adamant perk overhaul.
I use Adamant as a perk overhaul and I am quite happy with its perk progression. I also use WACCF and while I am not especially interested in its gameplay changes, I quite like the tweaks it makes to outfits, and even more the changes from Armor and Clothing Extension that use it as a master.
Released patches for: Adamant, Vokrii, Weapon Speed Effects Fix and Audio Overhaul Skyrim + Weapon Speed Effects Fix. Adamant Patch: Scaling removed. Fist of Talos improves magnitude and duration of all shouts. Stormcrown perk improves magnitude and duration of offensive shouts.There's other good perk overhauls but ordinator is the most fun if you like mechanic based gameplay for your perk overhauls imo I think if you want something like vanilla but better then adamant is much more your speed. Ordinator is good but does feel a bit gimmicky at times. I personally now use Vokrii which is basically vanilla but enhanced and feel like the progression is more logical. It's definitely worth a shot -- it has a lot of really cool and fun ideas. The only 'right' way to do this is to remove Adamant, add Ordinator, and then use xEdit and testing to insert any missing patches and fix any load issues that arise.
